Cancellation & Refund Policy

At SureDrive Assist, we value our customers and strive to offer the seamless Roadside Assistance (RSA), Extended Warranty, and Electric Vehicle (EV) Support Services. However, if you wish to cancel your subscription, we ensure a transparent and fair cancellation and refund process, in compliance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Information Technology Act, 2000.

Eligibility for Cancellation & Refund
- Before Subscription Activation (Full Refund) – Applicable for RSA, Extended Warranty, and EV Support
- If the RSA Subscription Plan has not yet commenced (i.e., before activation or start date), you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
- A full refund will be provided only if the cancellation request is initiated within the cooling-off period of 7 days from the date of purchase and before the plan activation or start date.
- The refund applies to RSA, Extended Warranty, and EV Support services as long as the plan has not been activated.
- After Subscription Activation (Pro-Rata Refund) – Applies to All Plans
- If your subscription has already commenced, you may request a cancellation and refund. However, refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis, subject to the following conditions:
- If no RSA, Extended Warranty, or EV Support service has been utilized, a refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the subscription.
- If any RSA, Extended Warranty, or EV Support service has already been availed, the refund may be denied or adjusted based on the services used.
- Processing or administrative charges may be deducted, if applicable.
- If your subscription has already commenced, you may request a cancellation and refund. However, refunds will be processed on a pro-rata basis, subject to the following conditions:
- Exceptions (No Refund Applicable):
- Expired Subscription: If the subscription period has already ended, refunds will not be processed.
- Elapsed Subscription Period: If the cancellation request is initiated after 75% or more of the subscription duration has lapsed, the subscription will be deemed as fully utilized, making it non-refundable.
- Promotional and Bundled Subscriptions: Subscriptions purchased under any promotional offer, discount, bundled package, or special scheme shall not be eligible for refunds, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
- Partial Utilization of Services: If any service under the subscription has been availed, the subscription shall be considered active and utilized, and hence, non-refundable.
- Non-Transferability: Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be cancelled in favour of another user or vehicle, thereby making them ineligible for refunds.
- If a claim has been raised under the Extended Warranty Plan.
- If the plan is non-transferable and the customer requests cancellation in favour of another user or vehicle.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To request a cancellation within the cooling-off period, please email our support team at support@suredriveassist.com with the following details:
- Subscription ID / UID Number
- Registered Mobile Number & Email ID
- Reason for Cancellation
- Supporting Documents (if applicable):
- Vehicle Sale/Transfer: Provide a sale deed or RTO Form 29 as proof.
- Switching to a new RSA provider: Provide a copy of the new RSA plan/policy.

Note: Your cancellation request will be reviewed, and you will receive confirmation within 3 business days.
Refund Processing & Timelines
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days as per the table below:

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- If the original payment mode is unavailable, alternative methods (such as bank transfer) may be used upon verification.
- SureDrive Assist is not liable for any delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party payment processors.
Legal & Compliance Information
- SureDrive Assist follows Indian financial and consumer protection laws, including:
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011
- Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007
- Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Guidelines on Digital Transactions
- Refund policies do not override any rights you may have under Indian consumer laws.
- Any disputes arising from cancellations or refunds shall be subject to arbitration under Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and governed by the courts of Gurugram.
Modification & Company Discretion
SureDrive Assist reserves the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under exceptional circumstances, at its sole discretion. However, such consideration shall not be deemed as an obligation and shall not serve as a precedent for future cases. By purchasing a subscription, customers agree and acknowledge that refunds are not permitted under the above-mentioned conditions, and all payments are final and non-reversible.
