Key Services You’ll Provide

As a SureDrive Assist partner, you will deliver 24x7 assistance to two-wheeler riders across India. Your responsibilities include:

Towing Facility (Regular & Accidental) – Safe transportation of non-functional or accident-damaged two-wheelers to the nearest authorized workshop.

Flat Battery (EV Support) – Assistance in swapping or recharging electric two-wheeler batteries in accordance with OEM guidelines.

Spare Keys / Key Unlock Assistance – Unlocking vehicles in case of lost, misplaced, or locked-in keys; retrieval of spare keys within 25 km radius.

Emergency Fuel Assistance – On-the-spot fuel delivery for stranded vehicles.

Battery Assistance – Jumpstarting dead batteries or arranging a replacement for both conventional and electric two-wheelers (EVs).

Flat Tyre Support – On-the-spot puncture repair, valve pin fixing, stepney installation, or tire replacement.

Custody Service – Secure custody of a damaged or immobilized two-wheeler until it is towed or handed over to an authorized representative (capped at 8 hours).

Minor Repairs – On-the-spot electrical or mechanical repairs to get the vehicle moving again.

To ensure instant and reliable support, we require service providers who can operate 24x7, maintaining high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction. Your team must be equipped to handle real-time service requests, meeting strict response time commitments.
