Policy Delivery Methods

All purchased subscription plans, invoices, and confirmation documents will be delivered digitally via the following channels:

  • Instant Email Delivery: A PDF copy of your RSA subscription or service confirmation will be sent to your registered email ID upon successful payment and processing.
  • SMS/WhatsApp Confirmation: A secure download link for your policy details will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp to your registered mobile number.
  • Customer Dashboard Access: You can access and download your subscription details anytime by logging into your SureDrive Assist account on our official website or mobile app.

Physical Copy Availability

No Physical Copies Provided

SureDrive Assist operates on a digital-first approach. To promote environment-friendly practices and efficient service delivery, we do not provide printed or physical copies of any policies or subscriptions. However, you can always download and print your RSA subscription details at your convenience from our website or mobile app.

How to Retrieve Your Policy Anytime?

In case you need to re-download your RSA/other services plan details, you can:

  • Log in to your SureDrive Assist account on our website or app.
  • Navigate to “My Subscriptions” or “Order History” section.
  • Click on “Download Policy” to get a PDF copy instantly.

Alternatively, you can request a duplicate email/SMS delivery by contacting our support team.
